my Mac Book Air (Lion 10.7.4) can't access to "https" sites

Dear beloved 9to5Mac,

Please give me a hand on solve the problem of accessing to the https sites focus on Google chrome and Safari. Attach files are the images of accessing to https and then it's shown like that.
