My Macbook pro 15 inch model is six months old and now the fan is becoming to my ears, a bit on the noisy side. my old Macbook 13 inch version after five years was still quite as a mouse. do I have any need to worry about it should to a Mac doctor ?
If it is still under warranty I would set up an appointment with an Apple Genius. Won't cost you a thing, plus you'll have an excuse to go to an Apple store.

You can set up an appointment with Apple but they will do nothing. You see, your fan would have to fail completely before they consider it to be a manufactures fault if its under warranty. The fan might be noisy because youre probably using some high resources on the Mac, go to applications>utilities>activity monitor and try closing some processes taht dont need running.
