IMAC 27" MID 2011 BLACK SCREEN WHILE BOOTING

Greetings. I have an imac 27" mid 2011 and when it boots after several hours, it starts the booting proccess normally and suddenly the screen is becoming black and resets  the Imac.This is happenind twice and sum cases once and then the imac freezes at the apple logo, i switch off from the power button and when it starts again it boot normally..Does anyone have the same or similar  promblem? my Imac has 16gb of ram upgraded.

Did you upgrade to 16GB of memory by yourself? The RAM might not be installed correctly. There could also be a frimware update for your machine.

Are you getting 3 beeps? If so its unseated or bad RAM.
